This garlic mustard tincture is handcrafted with fresh organically grown and hand harvested garlic mustard leaves from our permaculture garden and macerated for several weeks in locally brewed grain jenever with 40% alcohol. The alcohol pulls out the beneficial properties of the herbs while also serving as a preservative. Tincturing is an art that has existed over 1000 years as an effective method of storing the essential medical properties of fresh herbs. The tincture comes in an amber glass dropper bottle for easy and accurate measuring.
